Job summary

Cognizant in the United Kingdom is seeking a Workday Recruiting Consultant to bridge business and technology by guiding design, configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Recruiting in client transformation programs.

You will lead workshops, configure recruiting processes, and support data conversion, testing, and training, leveraging your Workday expertise and recruiting knowledge to optimise talent acquisition and deliver value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Workday functional implementation experience.
• Active Workday Recruiting Certification preferred.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR technology.

Responsibilities

• Become a Workday Recruiting SME with design, configuration, testing, and implementation.
• Lead client workshops to gather requirements and design Recruiting solutions.
• Configure and deploy Workday Recruiting functionality, including job requisitions, candidate management, interviews, offers and hiring workflows.
• Provide guidance on recruiting process design, optimisation and adoption.
• Track project issues and risks, communicate status, and elevate concerns as appropriate.
• Support data conversion, testing, and deployment activities throughout the implementation lifecycle.
• Collaborate with clients, project teams, and Engagement Managers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Configure and maintain business processes, security, and tenant setup within Workday.
• Support customer training, knowledge transfer, and post-deployment activities.
• Share knowledge, mentor junior consultants, and participate in practice development initiatives.
• Actively participate in Workday training and certification activities.
