Job summary

Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Will Writer to join our nationwide remote team or to work from our offices if preferred. You will draft wills and related estate planning documents, take client instructions, and ensure accuracy while delivering a high standard of service.

This role offers £25,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits and opportunities for progression within a supportive, member-owned organisation. Remote, UK-wide eligibility is available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters.
• Proven experience drafting wills across varying complexities and estate planning matters.
• Proven experience managing cases with billing and productivity targets.
• Ability to build positive client relationships and deliver outstanding service.
• High level of attention to detail and ability to manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and powers of attorney, ensuring accuracy and professional quality.
• Communicate with clients and external partners via phone and written messages.
• Manage a caseload and coordinate with involved parties to reach a case completion.
• Maintain client records and correspondence with compliance and regulatory standards.
