Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Will Writer to join our team. This role offers a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience, with excellent benefits. You can work remotely UK-wide or on-site at our offices if preferred, with opportunities to develop through internal trainee solicitor programmes in estate planning.

You'll draft wills and related documents, communicate with clients, and manage cases with a focus on quality and service. Experience in estate planning is essential.

Qualificações

• Experience drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
• Experience drafting wills across a range of complexities, including more technically complex matters.
• Ability to manage cases of varying complexities and meet billing targets.
• Strong client service orientation and attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Draft wills and powers of attorney and other estate planning documents, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and written correspondence during each case.
• Manage an incoming caseload and work with involved parties toward successful completion of a case.
• Accurately maintain client records and correspondence in our systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
