Co-op Legal Services is hiring a Will Writer to join our team, with £25,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience and excellent benefits. This role is Remote, UK wide, with on-site options at our offices if preferred.

You will draft wills and powers of attorney, advise on estate planning, and manage client cases from intake through to completion. We offer internal trainee solicitor programmes and strong progression opportunities within a supportive environment.

Formación

• Experience drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning matters.
• Experience drafting wills across varying levels of complexity and estate planning matters.
• Experience managing cases and achieving billing and productivity targets.
• Ability to build positive relationships and provide outstanding customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise and manage own caseload.

Responsabilidades

• Document and write wills of various complexity, powers of attorney, and related documents with accuracy and professionalism.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and in writing throughout each case.
• Manage an incoming caseload and coordinate with all parties toward successful case completion.
• Maintain client records and correspondence in our systems, ensuring regulatory standards are met.
