Co-op Group's Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Will Writer £25,000 to £28,000 dependent on experience, plus excellent benefits. Remote, UK wide with on-site offices available if preferred.

You'll draft wills, powers of attorney, and estate planning documents, communicate with clients, manage cases, and ensure accuracy and compliance. The role offers progression, coaching, and a chance to work with a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting wills and advising on estate planning.
• Ability to take client instructions and build strong relationships.
• Experience handling cases of varying complexity and billing targets.
• Attention to detail and high accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills of varying complexity and powers of attorney.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and email.
• Manage incoming caseload and coordinate with all parties.
• Maintain client records ensuring compliance and regulatory standards.
• Provide remote support and guidance to clients.
