Job summary

Co-op Legal Services seeks a Will Writer to draft wills and related documents for a diverse client base. The role allows remote UK-wide work or on-site office presence, with a salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on experience and excellent benefits.

The successful candidate will handle estate planning matters, manage a varied caseload, and deliver high-quality client service. Training and progression opportunities are available within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Previous experience of drafting wills and advising clients relating to estate planning matters
• Proven experience drafting wills across a range of complexities
• Proven experience managing cases and achieving billing/production targets
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritise caseloads
• Ability to build positive client relationships and provide outstanding service

Responsibilities

• Document and write wills of various complexity, powers of attorney, and related documents
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and written communication
• Manage an incoming caseload and work with parties towards successful completion of cases
• Maintain client records and correspondence in our systems, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards
