Co-op Legal Services is seeking a Will Writer to draft wills and estate planning documents, with remote UK-wide work or onsite at offices. You will take client instructions, manage cases, and provide excellent service while supporting progression through internal training programmes.

Qualifications

• Previous experience drafting wills and advising clients on estate planning and taking client instructions.
• Experience drafting wills across a range of complexities and estate planning matters.
• Proven ability to manage cases and achieve billing and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and powers of attorney and related estate planning documents with accuracy.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and written correspondence.
• Manage incoming case load and work with parties to achieve successful completion.
• Maintain client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
