Qualifications

• Experience drafting wills and advising on estate planning matters.
• Experience handling cases with varying complexity and billing targets.
• Strong client-facing skills and high attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritise and manage own caseload.

Responsibilities

• Draft wills and powers of attorney and other estate planning documents.
• Communicate with clients and external partners by phone and written correspondence.
• Manage an incoming caseload and work with parties to complete cases.
• Maintain client records and correspondence, ensuring compliance and regulatory standards.
