Job summary

C Coconut Lime Ltd is seeking a VoIP Engineer for a fully remote UK role. You’ll join a growing telecoms provider, handling hosted telephony, SIP, networking and customer solutions with autonomy to make a real impact.

You’ll support, configure and deploy VoIP for business customers across the UK, with emphasis on installations, migrations and resolving voice quality issues in a supportive team environment.

Qualifications

• Previous VoIP engineering or telecoms support experience.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, hosted telephony and IP networking.
• Experience troubleshooting voice quality and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Manage VoIP installations, migrations and deployments.
• Support hosted telephony platforms and SIP services.
• Troubleshoot voice, network and connectivity issues.
• Configure routers, firewalls and related networking gear.
• Provide customer-focused technical guidance and documentation.
