Job summary

MCS Group is seeking a Telecoms Engineer to join a growing technology and communications business in Northern Ireland. This field-based, permanent role focuses on telecoms, VoIP and networking solutions, with remote and onsite support across customer sites.

You will troubleshoot faults, install and upgrade systems, and liaise directly with customers while developing telecoms and unified communications expertise. A full UK driving licence is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in an IT/Networking/Systems/Engineering role
• Strong LAN/WAN and IP networking knowledge
• Confident troubleshooting technical issues
• Good customer-facing and communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
• Interest in learning Telecoms, VoIP and Unified Communications

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and support telecoms, VoIP and networking solutions at customer sites
• Provide remote and onsite technical support and liaise with customers
• Troubleshoot faults, deliver installations and upgrades, and ensure timely resolution
