Profiles Personnel is seeking a personable Hosted VoIP Engineer to support customers with hosted VoIP systems from our office. You will handle inbound calls, troubleshoot telephony issues and guide users through technical queries, ensuring a great customer experience.

Role requires solid VoIP experience, strong networking skills and confidence speaking with clients. Occasional travel to customer sites and a full UK driving licence are essential.
