Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; combination of coursework and experience may be considered.
• 5–7 years of relevant work experience in telecoms or IT projects.
• Experience with VoIP, UC platforms and SIP trunking preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer VoIP deployments from post-sale through activation and installation.
• Coordinate resource allocation, timelines, and risk management across teams.
• Deliver status updates on VoIP readiness, SIP trunking, and UC integrations.
• Ensure uptime SLAs, security initiatives, and disaster recovery readiness.
• Collaborate with telecom vendors and internal IT on voice-related initiatives.
