Job summary

TechShack is hiring an experienced User Researcher for a major UK Public Sector programme on an initial 6-month contract. The role is 100% remote within the UK and offers a day rate of up to £500. Active SC clearance is required, with Inside IR35 status clearly indicated.

You will work with UX, Product, Design and Delivery teams to drive user-centred outcomes. The successful candidate will plan and conduct qualitative research, engage with diverse users and stakeholders, identify needs and pain

Qualifications

• Plan and conduct qualitative user research across stakeholder groups.
• Identify user needs, behaviours and pain points through interviews and studies.
• Translate findings into actionable recommendations for UX, Product and Delivery teams.
• Communicate insights clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Navigate complex public-sector environments with appropriate governance.

Responsibilities
