• Skilled in planning and conducting user research to inform service and interaction design
• Ability to map end-to-end services, identify pain points and opportunities, and co-create solutions with stakeholders
• Confident presenting findings and facilitating workshops to drive user-centred decision making
• Must hold active SC Clearance or be eligible
• Remote first (must be flexible to travel if needed)
