Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking an experienced Senior Systems Engineer to join our UK team. You will work with Territory and Partner Account Managers to position RUCKUS networking solutions through a network of channel partners, delivering technical demonstrations, PoCs, enablement sessions, and workshops for customers and partners.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IP/Wireless experience as required for the role.
• Strong pre-sales and sales process knowledge.
• Deep knowledge of 802.11 Wi-Fi evolution and WLAN design.
• Experience with VLAN, Security, QoS, BYOD/MDM.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication abilities.
• Understanding partner-driven sales and account planning.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory account plans and position RUCKUS solutions with partners and customers.
• Provide technical demonstrations, PoCs, enablement sessions, and workshops.
• Create high-level solution designs and accurate kit lists for solutions.
• Collaborate with Territory/Partner Account Managers to drive revenue and quota attainment.
• Travel within the UK/Ireland up to 50% to meet customers and partners.
