TMS Global, part of DS Smith, is a global leader in sustainable packaging and retail solutions. The Business Analyst role is remote in the UK with occasional travel, supporting digital transformation and improving customer experience across international teams.

You will lead discovery, document requirements, and produce artifacts like BRDs and user stories, while facilitating workshops and aligning stakeholders to deliver effective solutions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within IT, digital transformation, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops with senior leadership.
• Proficient in creating BRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery; knowledge of ERP systems is a plus.
• Experience in FMCG, print management, or supply chain is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Lead discovery activities with business and technology teams to define problems and opportunities.
• Elicit, analyse, document and prioritise business, functional, integration and data requirements.
• Produce artefacts including BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
• Facilitate workshops and align stakeholders; present findings to senior leaders.
• Work with technical teams to design solutions and support testing and validation.
• Support change management and drive user adoption post-implementation.
