DS Smith Plc's TMS Global unit is seeking a Business Analyst to shape and deliver digital initiatives that boost efficiency and customer experience. This remote UK role involves working with international teams and occasional travel, reporting to the Digital Enablement Lead.

You will lead discovery, map processes, write BRDs and user stories, facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders, and support testing, data integration, and change management to realise benefits.

Formación

• Proven experience in a Business Analyst role within IT, digital transformation, or similar environments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions.
• Experience facilitating requirements workshops with senior stakeholders.
• Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead discovery activities to define problems, opportunities and solution requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document and prioritise business, functional, integration and data requirements.
• Produce BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria, process maps, data flows and business rules.
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders across levels and present findings to senior leaders.
• Define success criteria and support testing, validation, and benefits realisation.
• Support change management and develop training materials to drive adoption.
