Job summary

DS Smith, via its TMS Global unit, is seeking a Business Analyst to drive digital initiatives that boost operational efficiency and customer experience. The role is based remotely in the UK, with occasional travel to collaborate with international teams.

You will lead requirements gathering, process mapping, and workshop facilitation, translating business needs into practical solutions and ensuring alignment with senior stakeholders and the digital transformation program.

Qualifications

• Experience leading requirements workshops with senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, testable requirements.
• Familiarity with agile and traditional (Waterfall) delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead discovery activities across business and technology teams to define problems, opportunities and solution requirements.
• Elicit, analyse, document and prioritise business, functional, integration and data requirements.
• Produce BRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria with clear traceability.
• Facilitate workshops and ensure alignment across senior stakeholders and delivery teams.
