Version 1 is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to partner with Product, Delivery, Engineering and Design, helping shape the why/what and enable the how of digital transformation initiatives.

You will frame ambiguous problems, build option analyses, and drive value through structured recommendations. The role emphasizes end-to-end delivery, stakeholder collaboration and measurable business outcomes within a flexible, remote-friendly UK setting.

Qualifications

• A consulting calibre BA who thrives in ambiguity and brings structured, hypothesis driven thinking to messy problems.
• Industry relevance: GOV.UK Service Standard or public sector experience.
• Strategic + analytical mindset for ambiguous problems with measurable outcomes.
• Translational: turn analysis into insights to support decisions with outcomes.
• Stakeholder partner: build credibility and align senior stakeholders quickly.
• Delivery pragmatic: comfortable in Agile, focused on client needs and value.
• Digital transformation experience across programmes from framing to delivery.
• Mindset: outcomes-focused, commercially aware, open and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Shape options into solutions with criteria, assumptions, and decision-ready recommendations.
