Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a UK Controller to lead month-end close, management reporting, and regulatory compliance within a multi-entity finance function. The role requires deep UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP knowledge and experience with multi-currency consolidation.

You will work closely with senior leadership and external providers to drive financial accuracy, process improvements, and compliance across the business while operating in a fully remote environment within the United

Qualifications

• Proven accounting leadership in tech/rapid-growth settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS and US GAAP.
• Experience managing multi-entity and multi-currency books.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK month-end close and management accounts.
• Coordinate multi-entity consolidation and FX revaluations.
• Resolve ERP-related month-end issues and ensure accurate reporting.
• Handle VAT, payroll accounting, statutory reporting and external liaison.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP across reports.
