Hyra is seeking an experienced Financial Controller in Leeds to lead a multi‑entity finance function and own the delivery of accurate financial reporting, controls and budgeting. This hands‑on role involves strategic input and day‑to‑day detail, working closely with senior management.

You will oversee monthly and quarterly reporting, consolidation, statutory accounts, and covenant reporting while driving improvements across systems and processes.

Formación

• Qualified accountant with strong technical capability and multi-entity experience.
• Proven ability to deliver timely financial reporting and controls.
• Excellent Excel and IT skills with a detail-focused approach.

Responsabilidades

• Review and enhance monthly financial reporting processes for timely management information.
• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) across entities.
• Produce Board reporting packs with commentary and analysis of performance.
• Forecast cash flows and manage monthly consolidation processes.
• Prepare year-end statutory accounts for UK and overseas entities and manage audits.
• Drive process improvements and automation within the finance function.
