Job summary

Responsibilities

• Lead monthly consolidation across multiple entities with timely, accurate reporting.
• Oversee month-end and year-end closes and ensure robust controls.
• Own statutory accounts and support annual audits with external auditors.
• Develop and mentor the finance team; drive process improvements.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and forecasting for the group.
• Provide financial insight to senior leadership and business partners.
• Drive systems and automation to increase efficiency.
• Support acquisitions and other strategic initiatives where required.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory obligations.
