Job summary

International technology group seeks a hands-on Financial Controller to own the finance operation across five entities in the US, Canada, Belgium, France and the UK. The role is remote, but you must be UK-based and fully qualified ACA/ACCA with multi-entity IT/Tech/SaaS experience to start in Oct 2026.

You will lead month-end and year-end close, own the year-end process, coordinate audits and tax/regulatory filings, and act as the go-between for the finance team and CFO.

Qualifications

• Qualified ACA/ACCA accountant with international exposure.
• Experience delivering year-end close and IFRS reporting across multiple entities.
• Auditing coordination and statutory filings across jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end and year-end close across five entities to deliver accurate reports.
• Own year-end process including audit coordination and regulatory filings.
• Act as go-between for finance team and CFO, prioritizing work.
• Oversee AR, AP, GL, revenue recognition in NetSuite.
• Provide variance analysis and business performance reviews.
