Job summary

Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a UK Controller to lead the month-end close, management reporting and regulatory compliance across a multi-entity group in the technology sector. You will partner with senior leadership to drive financial accuracy, process improvements and strategic growth.

The role requires strong UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP knowledge, ERP experience and proven ability to manage multi-currency and VAT processes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in Accounting or Finance with professional qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
• Experience as sole controller in a tech company or multi-entity group.
• Proven ability with multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and group consolidation.
• Strong UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS and US GAAP knowledge; VAT and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee UK month-end close and management accounts for multi-entity group.
• Maintain multi-currency books, consolidate and manage FX revaluations.
• Resolve ERP-related issues affecting close and reporting with IT/vendors.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate VAT, payroll accounting and external agency liaison.
