Hyper Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a UK Controller to lead month-end close, management reporting and regulatory compliance within a fast-moving technology finance team. The role offers flexible location and close collaboration with senior leadership and external providers to drive financial accuracy and process improvements across multiple entities.

The ideal candidate will have proven sole-controller experience in tech, strong multi-currency consolidation skills and deep knowledge of UK

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Professional qualification ACA/ACCA/CIMA desirable.
• Proven experience as sole controller in a technology/scale-up environment.
• Extensive multi-entity, multi-currency accounting and consolidation.
• Strong UK GAAP/FRS 102, IFRS, and US GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with ERP systems and month-end processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead UK month-end close and management reporting.
• Oversee multi-entity, multi-currency books and group consolidation.
• Resolve ERP-related issues affecting month-end.
• Ensure compliance with UK GAAP/IFRS/US GAAP and regulatory reporting.
• Coordinate UK VAT, payroll accounting and statutory reporting.
