Kim Luxe Travel is seeking a Travel Customer Representative to assist clients throughout their journey, from inquiry to return home. You will provide friendly support, coordinate travel details and ensure travelers feel confident and cared for at every step.

Formación

• Friendly and patient communicator.
• Customer service experience preferred (any industry).
• Organized and dependable with good attention to detail.
• Comfortable using online tools, apps and communication platforms.
• Interest in travel and creating positive client experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Assist clients via email, phone and messaging with general travel questions and guidance.
• Help confirm reservations, review itineraries, and support minor changes or requests.
• Provide clear information about destinations, documentation and travel policies.
• Follow up with travelers before departure to ensure they are prepared.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team while maintaining a positive client experience.
