This role involves building itineraries, crafting emails, performing hotel rate checks, arranging concierge services, corresponding with suppliers, and developing relationships within our trusted network and clientele. Responsibilities

1. Support in writing emails to clients
2. Research destination, culinary, and activity recommendations
3. Correspond with suppliers to coordinate curated travel arrangements
4. Create and maintain client travel documents and invoices
5. Arrange travel for clients including air, hotel, car, and ground transportation at the lowest fares using preferred vendors
6. Assist team members with ticket/itinerary processing, clerical tasks, and travel credits

Knowledge, Skills, & Qualifications

1. Degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism, or Business is a plus
2. Relevant travel industry experience and knowledge
3. A passion for travel
4. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
5. Self-driven and capable of working autonomously in a remote setting
