Job summary

Sysco GB is seeking a Total Reward Analyst to support compensation, benefits and reward activities across the UK and European markets. This full-time, remote role offers the opportunity to analyse data, benchmark markets and drive salary and incentive review cycles while contributing to pay transparency and reward system enhancements, with occasional travel within Europe.

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards across UK/European markets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience using HR information systems, preferably Workday.

Responsibilities

• Analyse compensation data and conduct market benchmarking.
• Perform job evaluations and support salary and incentive review cycles.
• Contribute to strategic reward initiatives including pay transparency and job architecture.
• Produce reward reporting and analysis for stakeholders.
• Manage reward-related projects and respond to queries.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes, governance and data accuracy.
