Qualifications

• Experience in a Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Strong organisational and communication skills for multiple tasks with deadlines.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Customer-focused with proactive problem-solving and relationship-building.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems.
• Knowledge of pensions, healthcare or flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support annual benefits renewal windows.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
• Collaborate with external benefits providers for smooth operations.
• Ensure data protection and confidentiality in handling employee information.
• Prepare salary and year-end memos documentation.
• Inbox management—respond to queries on compensation and benefits.
• End-to-end management of requisitions and invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to the Reward team.
• Support year-end salary reviews and annual bonus processes.
• Contribute to policy and process development in reward.
• Support data requests and audit requirements as needed.
