Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in a Reward, HR, HR Analytics or Compensation & Benefits role.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables and data analysis.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with large data sets.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to support multiple tasks/projects with competing deadlines.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach to problem solving.
• Familiarity with HR, payroll or benefits systems.
• Knowledge of employee benefits such as pensions, healthcare or flexible benefits.

Responsibilities

• Support with annual benefits renewal windows.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports.
• Collaborate with external vendors to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure compliance with data protection and confidentiality policies.
• Preparation of documentation including salary and year-end memos.
• Inbox management handling compensation queries.
• End-to-end management of requisitions and invoices.
• Provide general administrative support to the Reward team.
• Support year-end salary reviews and annual bonuses.
• Contribute to development and maintenance of reward policies and processes.
• Assist data requests and audit requirements.
