Job summary

Sysco is seeking a Total Reward Analyst to support compensation, benefits and reward activities across our UK and European markets. This role is full-time and permanent, remotely based in the UK with occasional travel within Europe.

You will analyse data, benchmark rewards, evaluate jobs, and help deliver strategic initiatives across pay transparency, job architecture and system enhancements. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance and stakeholders, delivering reporting and insights, and

Qualifications

• Experience in Total Rewards for UK/European markets.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience using HR information systems, preferably Workday.
• Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable recommendations for diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Analyze compensation data and conduct market benchmarking.
• Perform job evaluations and support salary/incentive review cycles.
• Contribute to strategic reward initiatives (pay transparency, job architecture, system enhancements).
• Produce reward reporting and analytics for HR, Payroll and Finance.
• Manage reward-related projects and queries and improve processes and governance.
