Job summary

Doubtless Pet Care is seeking a Reward Partner – Europe to drive UK reward priorities and shape a harmonised European approach. The role is remote with UK/Europe travel and close collaboration with HR, Payroll and Legal to balance legislation, market conditions and business needs.

You will lead annual pay processes, insights from surveys and benchmarking, and drive improvements to benefits and recognition offerings across markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on reward, compensation and benefits experience across several European countries.
• Strong knowledge of UK and European reward practice including local legislation.
• Experience delivering reward projects and change, including benefits or recognition tech.
• Practical experience of job evaluation and role matching; familiarity with WTW methodology is a plus.
• Ability to partner with HR, Payroll, Tax, Legal and employee representatives.

Responsibilities

• Deliver UK reward roadmap and shape European reward approach across multiple markets.
• Lead annual pay reviews, bonus processes and related governance for European populations.
• Review benefits, renewals and implement platforms that improve colleague experience.
• Provide expert pay, benchmarking and recognition guidance to HR and senior leaders.
• Maintain reward governance, policies and pay reporting in collaboration with local teams.
