Job summary

Frazer Jones is partnering with a global organisation to recruit a Reward Analyst into its European Total Reward team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role centers on analysing compensation and benefits, benchmarking, and modelling to deliver data-driven insights across multiple European countries.

You will work closely with the Head of Total Reward, supporting both day-to-day reward activity and transformation projects, including the EU Pay Transparency Directive, in a dynamic,

Qualifications

• Previous Reward, Compensation & Benefits or Total Reward experience.
• Strong compensation benchmarking and job evaluation expertise.
• Advanced Excel and data modelling skills.
• Experience with market data providers such as WTW, Mercer or Korn Ferry.
• Experience supporting annual salary and/or bonus review cycles.
• Familiarity with SuccessFactors.

Responsibilities

• Analyse compensation and benefits data and provide clear insight for decision-making.
• Conduct job evaluation, salary benchmarking and market analysis.
• Build and maintain advanced Excel models, dashboards and reports.
• Support salary and bonus review cycles, including modelling and data preparation.
• Manage benchmarking activity with external providers such as WTW.
• Monitor market trends and provide stakeholder recommendations.
• Support EU Pay Transparency Directive and wider reward transformation projects.
• Provide guidance on international transfers and remote working requests.
• Maintain reward data within SuccessFactors.
• Partner with HR, Finance and external providers across Europe.
