GitLab is seeking a Professional Services Technical Architect to lead the technical direction of customer engagements, architect reference deployments, and guide migrations to GitLab across self-managed and cloud environments. You will implement infrastructure-as-code practices with Terraform, Ansible, and GET, while delivering enablement materials and ensuring alignment with SOW requirements.

You will also mentor teams, craft reusable delivery assets, and coordinate with customers and partners

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience delivering two or more consulting services (migration, cloud architecture, or CI/CD).
• Experience migrating codebases and deployments to GitLab using tooling like Congregate.

• Lead the technical delivery lifecycle for Professional Services engagements from discovery through handoff.
• Design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab deployments.
• Develop repeatable delivery kits, documentation, and training materials for teams and partners.
• Coordinate delivery across GitLab team members, partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure outcomes.
• Evaluate scalability and security considerations in reference architectures and plans.
