Job summary

GitLab is seeking a Manager, Professional Services Engineers to lead a Europe-wide team delivering installation, migration, training, and advisory services across the GitLab platform. You will manage performance, development, and day-to-day delivery in a remote, asynchronous environment, partnering with Technical Architects and management to ensure consistent, high-quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading and developing high-performing technical teams in a customer-facing environment.
A strong technical foundation in software delivery, DevSecOps, platform engineering, or a related area.
Experience managing or supporting professional services, implementation delivery, migration programs, or technical consulting engagements for enterprise customers.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of Professional Services Engineers, supporting growth, performance, and day-to-day delivery across customer engagements.
Own delivery outcomes across your team's portfolio including implementations, migrations, advisory services, and statement of work engagements.
Monitor project health, identify delivery risks early, and intervene to keep customer work on track.
