Bright Purple Resourcing Ltd is seeking a Resident Engineer to act as the customer’s eyes and ears inside a major account, focusing on the user experience and ensuring issues are resolved end-to-end. The role is remote within the UK with occasional travel to customer sites and major cities such as Edinburgh and London.

You will not be coding; you will own customer issues, coordinate across internal teams, and drive continuous improvement in how the platform is used by the client.

Qualifikationen

• Customer-facing role with responsibility for account health and escalation management.
• Experience communicating with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Background in networks, security, or telemetry relevant to DDoS platforms.

• Be the day-to-day technical contact for a major customer, remotely with on-site visits.
• Own issues from start to finish and coordinate with SOC, Development, or Professional Services to resolve.
• Ensure effective internal communication so nothing gets lost and customers are kept informed.
