Job summary

Dropzone AI, a remote-first cybersecurity company, is hiring its first Technical Account Manager. You will bridge our technical product and customers, guide SOC integrations, troubleshoot alerts, and drive value through proactive relationship management.

You’ll own customer communications, plan meetings, document outcomes, and help with renewals while working with engineering to resolve issues. This role carries nominal commercial responsibility for renewals.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years in a customer-facing technical role (TAM, security analyst, solutions engineer, customer success engineer).
• Strong understanding of SOC environments, tools, and workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for varied audiences.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted technical advisor for customers using Dropzone.
• Guide customers through integrations and successful deployments.
• Analyze and explain security alerts to help customers tune the system.
• Use SQL to extract and analyze customer data for troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with engineering to resolve technical issues.
