Job summary

Abnormal Security is seeking a Customer Solutions Engineer to serve as a flexible technical resource for Customer Success Managers, handling short–term, project–based engagements and advising on technical needs across enterprise customers.

You will lead hands-on platform optimisation, configuration reviews, best‑practice setup, and proactive tuning, document session recaps and recommendations in the CRM, and escalate complex issues when needed, all while working remotely with UK clients.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
• Experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to triage and decide when hands-on assistance is needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a flexible technical resource for CSMs on challenging or recurring customer situations.
• Handle short-term, project-based technical engagements for customers without a TAM.
• Lead hands-on platform optimisation: configuration reviews, best-practice setup, proactive system tuning.
• Document session recaps, recommendations and next steps in the CRM and share insights with Product, Engineering and CS teams.
