Job summary

Darktrace is seeking a Technical Success Manager to blend technical depth with customer advocacy and commercial awareness, helping customers derive lasting value from cybersecurity technology. You will collaborate with security, IT and technical stakeholders to turn deployment into ongoing adoption, embedding the platform into daily operations and reducing risk.

You will partner with Account Executives, Solutions Engineering and Services, delivering a clear technical view of customer health,

Qualifications

3+ years in a technical, customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Technical Success Manager, or similar.
Understand enterprise cybersecurity, networking, cloud, SaaS, or infrastructure environments.
Translate complex technical concepts into clear guidance for customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

Build trusted relationships with customer security and IT teams.
Create practical technical success plans to drive adoption and measurable value.
Identify high-value use cases that embed the platform in daily security operations.
Monitor product usage and health indicators to spot adoption gaps and risks.
Lead mitigation planning for blockers and integration challenges.
Provide technical health insights for renewal readiness and account strategy.
Highlight opportunities to expand with Account Executives.
