Job summary

SonicWall is seeking a Solution Engineer in the United Kingdom with extensive hands-on cybersecurity product experience and exceptional communication skills. The role focuses on enabling sales channels and partners, delivering compelling technical demonstrations, and driving successful PoCs and trials across SonicWall’s portfolio.

The ideal candidate will lead technical discovery, build trusted partner relationships, and work in a role that blends channel collaboration with technical sales

Qualifications

• Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 5 years’ experience with MBA.
• CISSP certified cybersecurity professional with strong vendor/partner experience.
• Familiarity with governance and compliance issues (HIPAA, PCI, SOX, GDPR) and cloud platforms (Azure/AWS).

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery conversations to qualify customer requirements and build BOMs.
• Deliver technical sales presentations and product demos to varied audiences while informing partners of trends.
• Develop and maintain at least 10 channel partner relationships with regular cadence of technical discussions.
• Create and maintain a personal lab for demos and training.
• Support remote partner product trials and lead PoCs with partners or customers.
