Job summary

Zendr is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to support growth across Europe in cybersecurity. Based in the UK and remote-friendly, you will collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to drive technical engagements and account expansion.

You'll lead discovery, design integrations with SIEM/SOAR, and translate complex challenges into practical enterprise solutions while building trust with security teams and executives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a customer-facing technical role (e.g., Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, SE, TAM).
• Strong cybersecurity knowledge and ability to engage SOC teams, threat intel specialists, and CISOs.
• Hands-on experience with at least one SIEM, one SOAR, and one threat intel platform.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, JSON, and scripting (Python preferred).
• Excellent technical presentation, demonstration, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery, solution design, demonstrations, and proof-of-value engagements.
• Translate cybersecurity challenges into practical enterprise solutions and design integrations across SIEM, SOAR, threat intelligence, and security data platforms.
• Build trusted relationships with security teams, technical leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Drive customer onboarding, adoption, renewals, and account expansion.
• Collaborate across teams to achieve shared global revenue targets through a team-based quota model.
