Job summary

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Experience in AI / automation platforms and enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in live AI systems and multi-agent workflows.
• Lead RCA and prevent incidents from recurring.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams to improve reliability.
