Ema Unlimited seeks a Senior Technical Support Specialist to own the health, reliability, and trustworthiness of deployed agentic AI systems in production. This full-time role focuses on production debugging, incident RCAs, and collaboration with Engineering, Product, and Implementation teams.

You will prevent small failures from escalating, explain AI behavior to customers, and drive improvements across integrations and workflows, while growing into leadership roles.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in senior technical support, reliability, or production engineering roles.
• Familiarity with AWS / GCP / Azure.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose failures in multi-agent AI workflows.
• Conduct RCA to prevent incidents and drive permanent fixes.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Product and Implementation teams to resolve issues.
• Explain AI failures in clear terms to customers and influence product improvements.
