Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, with high-volume complex scheduling experience.
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools and the judgment to override automation when needed.
• Proven ability to own and improve processes, with led projects or initiatives delivering impact.
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers.
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making on scheduling changes.
• Clear, professional communication and ability to align multiple stakeholders.
• Comfort with ambiguity and proactive problem solving.
• Genuine interest in the company’s mission and AI safety.

Responsibilities

• Automation Supervision: Run the scheduling tools for your pod, ensure output accuracy, and decide when human intervention is needed.
• Pipeline & Capacity: Surface bottlenecks and capacity concerns with recruiting teams.
• Complex Scheduling: Manage changes, cancellations, and rescheduling end-to-end.
• Escalations: Own the escalation path and drive issues to resolution with guidance.
• Project Work: Lead end-to-end projects from problem to adopted solution.
• Coverage: Coordinate coverage during absences and surges.
• Candidate Experience: Maintain high-touch, warm candidate experience, including recovery after automation mistakes.
