Job summary

Anthropic is hiring a Senior Recruiting Coordinator to own end-to-end scheduling coordination and pipeline health. You will supervise automation, partner with recruiters and sourcers, and drive process improvements while ensuring smooth coverage across your pod.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruiting coordination and scheduling
• Hands-on fluency with AI tools in daily work
• Ability to own and improve processes with measurable impact
• Strong partnership skills with recruiters, sourcers and hiring managers
• Excellent judgment and independent decision-making on scheduling changes

Responsibilities

• Automation supervision: run scheduling tools, validate output, override paths when needed
• Pipeline & capacity: surface bottlenecks, flag capacity concerns, prioritize moves
• Complex scheduling: manage changes, cancellations, rescheduling independently
• Escalations: own escalation path and drive resolution with manager support
• Project work: own end-to-end projects from problem to solution
• Coverage: coordinate pod coverage during absences and surges
• Candidate experience: keep interactions high-touch and transparent
