Conquer AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own end-to-end recruitment in your region, helping to build our global remote hubs. You’ll source, screen and move candidates through offers, shaping our local talent base and processes as we scale.

You will assess candidates for technical and consultancy roles, maintain sharp communication with candidates and hiring managers, and keep pipeline data accurate while partnering with stakeholders to define success for each role.
