Job summary

Conquer AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment pipeline for our global regions. You will manage sourcing, screening and the candidate journey, partnering with hiring managers to define success for each role and helping to scale our hiring processes as the company grows.

The role is fully remote across multiple regions, with emphasis on building local hubs and maintaining sharp communication with candidates and stakeholders in AI-focused technical and consultancy

• Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with stakeholders.
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles.
