Conquer AI is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end recruitment process for our global, fully remote teams. You will source, screen, and manage candidates across multiple regions, partnering with hiring managers to define success for each role.

You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, communicating clearly with candidates and internal stakeholders while helping to scale our technical hub infrastructure as the company grows.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles.

Responsibilities
