Job summary

Conquer AI is expanding its engineering and consultancy teams and is seeking a Technical Recruiter to own the end-to-end hiring process for our global hubs. You will source, screen and guide candidates from first contact to offer.

In this fully remote role, you will partner with hiring managers across regions, maintain accurate pipeline data, and help shape our growing recruitment process as AI initiatives accelerate.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for technical or consultancy roles.
• Strong instincts for assessing candidates beyond the CV.
• Excellent communication and follow-through with candidates and hiring managers.
• Comfortable working at pace across multiple open roles.
• Interest in AI and the talent it takes to build it.
