• Systems where frontend and backend decisions meaningfully shape each other.
• Building products used in consequential or trust-sensitive moments.
• Startup or scale-up environments with high iteration speed and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day, work on new product experiences across the hiring workflow.
• Design systems that turn conversational signals into structured actions and insights.
• Develop AI-assisted features that are useful, transparent and well-integrated.
• Improve quality, speed, and reliability across user-facing and agent-facing parts.
• Tackle product problems that cut across engineering, design, product, and GTM.
